The luscious details...
This lip gloss is the tastiest and most moisturizing I've ever used! The ingredient list is fairly simple and can be adjusted easily to suit your taste and and needs. Cinnamon oil has the yummy added benefit of plumping thin lips and hibiscus flowers add a delicate pink hue but won't colour your lips!
Use more or less beeswax to make a more solid or softer lip balm.
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp beeswax
Honey to taste
A few drops Cinnamon oil to taste.
Dried hibiscus flowers - ground to powder
Using a double boiler, warm the oil, beeswax and honey until the wax is melted. Remove from heat and add the essential oil, hibiscus and stir until well mixed. A Popsicle stick works well for this.
Fill your storage containers and let it cool until firm.
