We've been planning a lovely home birth but found out today that won't be happening. Well, I'm sure it will still be lovely, just not at home. Instead, we're getting induced just after 37 weeks due to cholestasis. Read more about it here Interestingly enough, Kristen's mom and sister have both had cholestasis of pregnancy so it wouldn't have come as the surprise it has had someone (anyone?) thought to mention that to Kristen. It's pretty much a given she'd get it with that history.
Anyways, tonight is new years eve and there's a special kind of urgency to my usual new years eve clean-a-thon this year.
