This morning, Finlay and I started our C25K journey together. There's nothing more encouraging than running with an almost 5 year old who sees you as the greatest hero of all time. Nothing fills your energy reserves to the brim like hearing "I love you Mama!" just at the moment the running starts to feel hard.
