Crispy Greens!

They're crisp, salty, satisfying and disappear with lightning speed before the pan has even cooled and the photo is taken!

Today's lunch menu featured the undeniably healthy Kale Chip. If you haven't tried them yet you're missing out, and if they're as popular at your house as they are at mine, I'd love to hear your favorite flavour!

Kale Chips

What you'll need:

Fresh kale
Baking sheet lined with parchment
Olive oil - about a tablespoon (or oil of your choice of oill)
Bragg all purpose seasoning spray (or your prerfered seasoning!)

Preheat the oven to 350º

Remove the thick stems from the kale and tear the leaves into 3" pieces (chip size!)  Toss in a large bowl with oil and seasoning.  Spread on the baking sheet without too much crowding and bake about 10 minutes until they edges are just turning brown and crispy and the centers are no longer are mostly crisp.

Try to share with the kids!  They'll love them too.

Leave me a comment telling us what flavours adorn your kale chips!
